Medical Alarms (4G NHA Life Alarm & 3G Alarms inc).

All medical alarms are sent express post Australia Post (tracking number included). Please check Australia Post website for more information. Seasonal times may incur delays.

These devices require programming which is included in the purchase price. Once this has been received we can usually program and dispatch within 48 hours. Same day dispatch is available if requested, provided the programming is completed or if you do not require programming.

Diagnostic Equipment & Masks

Diagnostic Equipment, PPE and Mask orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of order. Please note any back order notices on products above payment options. Masks are sent with Australia Post.

We will always strive to uphold the above delivery times, however can not guarantee them especially in periods of high volumes of orders or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Please call us if you require urgently shipping and we can prioritise as required.
