National Health Australia is proudly the National distributor for the NHA Life Alarm (NH-401) model. If you are interested in opening a trade account and becoming an approved supplier please contact our office directly. If a company has a 4G pendant that looks like ours, then it is! We can re-brand our devices for your company and provide support.
Types of trade accounts and sales accounts
We provide equipment to companies and re-sellers of all sizes.
Most of our accounts are COD however we may be able to offer a 30 day account if your business meets specific requirements and has references of similar size accounts.
Order Quantities and Manufacture Times
There is no limit to the size of our trade accounts, we can prepare orders under 250 with in 24 hours. Order times vary depending on quantity, please see the following for a rough guide.
1- 100 dispatched within 24 hours
100 – 500 dispatched within 1 week (May vary if customised)
500 – 5000 dispatched within 2 – 4 weeks
5000+ please check with your account manager
Technical Support
Our trade customers receive technical support Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm Eastern Standard Time.
This support is via our designated trade technical support line.
Pricing
Our pricing and trade discount structure varies and is based on order size and expected sales, speak to one of our account managers for more information. We require all trade customers to register as a supplier before receiving price lists. Minimum order quantity is 10 devices, smaller orders will be considered on request.
Firmware Customisation
We offer firmware/ software customisation. For minimum order quantities or for customisation please speak to your account manager.
Logo Customisation
We offer logo customisation, this is for our large accounts only. We are able to laser print your logo onto our devices or offer devices which are un branded. For minimum order quantities for customisation please speak to your account manager.
OEM/ Device Design and Manufacture
We able to design you your own product and firmware. A quote will be provided which will cover engineering, assembly and parts.
