We provide equipment to companies and re-sellers of all sizes. Most of our accounts are COD (cash on delivery); however, we may be able to offer a 30-day account if your business meets specific requirements and has references from similar-sized accounts.
Order Quantities & Manufacture Times
There is no limit to the size of our trade accounts. Order times vary depending on quantity — please see the guide below.

Packaging & Freight
All devices are carefully packed for safe transport, with custom packaging and branded boxes available for large trade accounts.
We offer flexible freight and dispatch arrangements nationwide — speak to your account manager about lead times and delivery options for your region.
Technical Support
Our trade customers receive technical support Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm Eastern Standard Time, via our designated trade technical support line.
Our engineering team also provides remote diagnostics and custom firmware support, helping resolve device issues quickly without needing units returned to us.
Pricing
Our pricing and trade discount structure varies and is based on order size and expected sales — speak to one of our account managers for more information. We require all trade customers to register as a supplier before receiving price lists. Minimum order quantity is 10 devices; smaller orders will be considered on request.
Customisation & OEM Options
From firmware and logo customisation through to full OEM device design, our in-house engineering team can tailor devices to suit your brand and requirements.
Firmware Customisation
We offer firmware and software customisation. Minimum order quantities apply — speak to your account manager for details.Logo Customisation
Available for our large accounts — we can laser print your logo onto devices, or supply devices unbranded. Minimum order quantities apply.OEM / Device Design & Manufacture
We can design and manufacture your own product and firmware. A quote will be provided covering engineering, assembly and parts.Beyond logos and firmware, we can also customise on-device screens and display interfaces to match your brand's look and feel.
