Calls and Messages Up to 8 Emergency Contacts

Press the side SOS button for 3 seconds until it vibrates. The watch calls your contacts in the order we've programmed them, 1 to 8, and automatically sends your GPS location as an SMS, contacts just click the Google Maps link to navigate to you. GPS can also be checked anytime a contact is concerned. If a contact doesn't answer, the device calls the next one in sequence. Once answered, you can talk with full 2-way voice, just like a mobile phone.

Smart Voicemail Recognition Unique to NHA

If a contact's phone is switched off or goes to voicemail, our system automatically detects this and moves straight on to the next contact in the sequence — so a missed call never holds up the emergency chain. This is a feature most other medical alarm brands don't offer.

Easy to Cancel a False Alarm

If a false alarm is detected, the watch clearly tells the user an emergency activation has been received, and that they should press the SOS button to cancel it and avoid notifying contacts.

Voice Prompts in Any Language

Voice prompts tell the user what the watch is doing, for example "your alarm is charging," or "a fall has been detected, press the cancel button to cancel." This confirms the watch is working as required without relying on reading the screen.

English is included at no extra cost. Need another language? Just ask, anything other than English costs an extra $30.

Tracking the Watch by GPS

Contacts are notified of GPS location during an emergency FALL or SOS activation. This can also be sent when a contact sends a text command (see user guide).

Fall Detection

Turned on by default and optional, with adjustable sensitivity settings. If a fall is detected, the device calls emergency contacts just as an SOS press would, and tells the user by voice prompt that a fall has been detected and how to cancel it if needed.

Important: falls vary widely, so as with all fall detection devices on the market, some falls may not register. If the fall detector doesn't register your fall, use the SOS button to contact your emergency contacts directly.

Low and/or Full Battery Alerts

The watch prompts the user with a voice prompt when battery drops below 20% (adjustable to any percentage). If you would like, we can set the alarm to notify the first contact if the battery is low or full. We can do this remotely for you or you can use the user guide.

Alert If Device Turned Off

If set, the watch sends a message to your first contact if it's turned off. This will tell you if the power button was used or if it ran out of battery.

Custom Colours Range

Switch to a magnetic strap, easy on, easy off, available in breathable sports straps. These don't fall off: slip your wrist through the loop and let the magnet hold it secure, available in 12 colours. Or switch to a genuine leather strap with a stainless steel buckle, available in 3 colours.

Wear It Your Way — Watch, Pendant or Brooch

Every Slimline includes a lanyard attachment and a brooch attachment as standard, so you're never locked into one style. Wear it on your wrist, around your neck, or clipped to your clothing — change it up anytime depending on what suits you that day.

Pendant Mode — Simplified Experience

For users who find smartwatches overwhelming, or simply want the simplest experience possible, we can switch the device into Pendant Mode. This turns off every app and feature on the screen besides the home display, SOS button and fall detector — nothing else to see, nothing else to accidentally press.

Waterproof

Wear it in the shower or in the rain. Fresh water only, not suitable for pools, spas, or the ocean.

Easy to Charge

The watch comes with a magnetic charger cord. Place the cord on the back of the watch for fast chargng. Alternatively, with the charging dock, simply place the watch onto its magnetic dock to start charging.

If the watch was turned off beforehand, it will turn back on putting on charge.

Block Spam Calls

The watch can be used as a normal phone, so anyone can call it. We can allow the SIM to receive calls from anyone who knows the number, handy for friends or neighbours, or block all numbers so only emergency contacts can call in.

Our SIM plan includes emergency use only for outbound calling.
