Description
The NHA Medical Watch 4G BY National Health Australia is a medical alert smartwatch. Stylish and easy to use. Showerproof, dustproof and ready to go!
VOICE PROMPTS IN ANY LANGUAGE (Square is currently English only)
Voice prompts tell the user what the watch is doing, such as when you place on the charger it will say ‘your alarm is charging’ or if it detects a fall it will say ‘ A fall has been detected, press the cancel button to cancel’. These help the user know it is working as required in an emergency and also everyday use so they are not relying on reading the screen.
The voice prompts are in English and included in the purchase price of both shapes, however if you need to change them to another language for the circle watch only, let our staff know. We can customise for your preferred language! Anything other than English costs an extra $30.
CALLS AND MESSAGES UP TO 8 EMERGENCY CONTACTS
If you require emergency help, you can easily press the side SOS button for 3 seconds until it vibrates. The Medical Watch will then call your contacts in the order we programmed them from 1 to 8. Your GPS location will be sent as an SMS from the medical watch automatically to your contacts. The contact simply clicks the Google Maps link on the SMS and it allows them to navigate to you! GPS can also be checked the contact anytime they are worried about your location. If your contact doesn’t answer the call then the device will call the next contact in sequential order. When the contacts answer, you can talk to them with 2 way voice communication, just like a mobile phone!
EASY TO CANCEL FALSE ALARM
If a false alarm is detected, the watch will clearly tell the user that an emergency activation has been received and they should press the SOS button to cancel and avoid notifying the contacts!
TRACKING THE WATCH BY GPS
The watch will notify the contacts of the GPS during an emergency FALL or SOS activation. It will also allow send this information when the battery is low, the device is powered off (OPTIONAL) or when the contact sends a text command (IN USER GUIDE).
FALL DETECTION
Fall detection is turned on when you receive your alarm, however it is optional and can be turned off. There is 3 sensitivity settings for the fall detection.
In the event a fall is detected, the device will call the emergency contacts just as it would if the SOS button was pressed. The watch will clearly tell the user voice prompt that a FALL has been detected and also how to cancel it if required. IMPORTANT: Falls can be varied and therefore some falls may not register as with all fall detection devices on the market. Sensitivity settings can be adjusted. If the fall detector does not register your fall ( audible prompt), you should use the SOS button to quickly contact your emergency contacts.
SPEED DIAL UP TO 8 CONTACTS
A great feature of the NHA Medical Watch is it allows the user to individually call up to 8 numbers. To do so, the user simply accesses the contact list using the menu.
We can also upload pictures of the contacts into the device for you. We do charge a small administration fee of $20 to do up to 5 images.
LOW BATTERY ALERTS
The watch will prompt the user that the watch needs charging when it goes below 20%. The screen will also show that the battery is low.
The new square model will also allow a message be sent to the first contact, alerting them of the low battery.
Both devices will send a message when the watch is turned off to the first contact.
BLOCK SPAM CALLS
The NHA Medical Watch can be used as a normal phone, so anyone can call the watch. We can allow the SIM card number to receive calls from anyone who knows the number. This would be handy if you wanted to give it to your friends, neighbours etc. OR we can block all numbers so only the emergency contacts can call in.
EASY TO CHARGE
Simply put the NHA Medical Watch onto its magnet dock to start charging. If the watch was turned off before charging, then it will turn on after about a minute of placing it onto the dock.
2-WAY VOICE CALLING
Just like a mobile phone, you can talk clearly with the contacts through the device. Volume can be increased or decreased.
