Returns and Refunds (Retail)
National Health Australia will always abide Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects. Please see below our full returns policy.
National Health Australia (NHA) proudly offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on retail sales of the 4G NHA Life Alarm and 3G Personal Mobile Life Alarm. If you are not completely satisfied with any product please contact us with in 14 days for a refund on return of product. This refund will not include return postage and will have the $50 programming and SIM card fee deducted (Medical Alarms only). Refund will be given only after we have received the device in original sale-able condition, including all contents and packaging. We reserve the right to charge re-packaging fees if the box and contents are not in sale-able condition, these costs will be a maximum of $50.
Any products found to be defective outside of this window must be returned in original sales condition and must be free of any physical damage that was not present when you received it. There is a 12 month warranty on all medical alarms which covers mechanical defects only. (Please inquire on purchase and retain proof of purchase).
National Health Australia (NHA) reserves the right to inspect any returned products for evidence of malicious or intentional damage. We also reserve the right to refuse replacement under warranty if we determine the product has been damaged the user.
Returns and Refunds (Wholesale)
Wholesale accounts may apply under special circumstances for a 7-14 day (or similar) return period which may be granted with a limit of 20 devices. Returned products must be in original condition, unopened and not programmed. A re-stocking fee of up to $60 per device may apply. We reserve our right to pass this on at our discretion.
Returns of quantities larger than 20 devices will not be accepted, please take care when ordering to ensure your stock levels are in proportion to your sales ability. We do not offer a buy back option. Normal warranty will apply for all quantities.
Wholesale accounts with warranty claim products should be returned every quarter for re-branded devices and monthly for NHA branded devices.
