We are excited to announce our newest version of the NHA Medical Watch Slimline. This will undoubtedly be the best personal alarm in Australia! This alarm is sleek, small and lightweight yet powerful. It rivals the likes of Apple and Samsung Smart Watches — the difference being ours is designed for medical use, including enhanced fall detection, medication reminders and health readings. It has a range of 15 different straps to choose from, a lanyard attachment, clip and brooch accessory. Now Stocking CoaguChek XS and CoaguChek INRange!

We are now stocking both the CoaguChek XS and CoaguChek INRange. The INRange is for personal use — it has a memory capacity of 400 tests vs 300 in the XS, and also has a more user-friendly colour digital screen. Both the INRange and XS test blood thickness in the same manner. The key difference is the XS allows testing of blood not on anticoagulation medicines, making it more suitable for professional use. We Have Moved Office!

Our team has expanded, so to keep up with the growth of the business we have moved our Head Quarters. Our new office is fully custom built for our business, offering a state-of-the-art technical department with designated engineering computers, soldering and test benches. As our director is a qualified telecommunications and security technician, we offer a full technical suite unlike any other alarm seller. We don't just sell devices — we can customise, build, repair and service them in-house with our team of trained technicians and engineers. Our sales floor is fit for a large designated sales team, ensuring quick response to your enquiries, with staff relaxation areas to keep our team motivated. We have a large boardroom for corporate events and separate demonstration rooms that can be booked for in-house demonstrations. We are thrilled with our new facilities and can't wait to put them to good use!

May 2024 Update

NEW FIRMWARE — Ready for 3G Shutdown!

A new firmware is available for our NHA Life Alarm, packed full of new features! Available for all generations from 2018 to 2024. It will also allow older models to upgrade their SIM Modules to work on 4G VoLTE. If you have an older model and need assistance updating your alarm, please call our support team so we can do it for you. Other great features include our new Sedentary Alarm (Non-Movement), designed to alert contacts if a user doesn't move for a set period of time. Older models will also now receive our Voice Prompts, which talk the user through an emergency or let you know when charging is needed, when the device is turning off, and more. This makes the pendant perfect for the vision impaired and also provides comfort in an emergency.

Our latest addition to the family is the NHA PRO! This is a hub-based system perfect for residential, hospital, 24-hour gym, retirement village or any commercial duress needs. The system connects to your NBN, WiFi or can be monitored through our NHA on Telstra 4G SIM Service. It has a huge 800M range for the pendants, waterproof wall buttons and can have repeaters for larger areas such as high rises and basements. Only available at NHA — there is literally nothing on the market with this range and versatility. This product expands our range to new levels and we are excited to share it with you. It packs all the features: SOS button, fall detector, GPS locator — and can be professionally monitored at our 24/7 monitoring facility, or monitored by up to 3 family and friends. Important note: This device's PCB and firmware has been custom made for our company. The outer shell is a generic shell, so please be aware that copies are on the market that will not work with our user guides, programming codes or firmware. You should only purchase this watch direct from us or an authorised seller.

The NHA Emergency Alarm 4G is now available! An exciting new alarm designed for high-risk, emergency use. Now with Non-Movement (Sedentary Alarm), you can be notified if the user does not move for a set period of time. It also includes all the features you are looking for: SOS Button, Fall Detector, GPS and more. This alarm can be 24/7 monitored at our medical monitoring facility (or through your own contacts) to ensure a fast and professional response is available when needed. The monitoring facility will have medical information on hand, next of kin and emergency home entry procedures. They will also be able to track the GPS and talk to the user while they wait. NEW FEATURE — Voice Prompts on the NHA Life Alarm and NHA Medical Watch!

We are excited to announce the 2023 model of the NHA Life Alarm now includes Voice Prompts — verbal explanations which explain what the alarm is doing and how to cancel it. This makes the medical alarm perfect for vision-impaired users and provides secondary confirmation the alarm is working. With over 14 voice prompts, the personal alarms now clearly let you know when an SOS has been activated and how to cancel it, when the alarm is turning off, when battery is low, and when placed in the charging dock. The NHA Medical Watch can also have these voice prompts in any language — common languages include English, Mandarin, Italian, Japanese and Spanish, though we are able to customise to any language with minimal wait time.

🎗️ $250,000 worth of medical supplies donated to those in need

As part of our yearly give-back, NHA has donated a massive $250,000 worth of medical supplies to those in need. Supporting our community is at the forefront of our business model. The pandemic hurt many families, so in orchestrating our largest-yet donation, we aimed to give back. Profits from our online shop were used to purchase RATs, PPE and materials used in the fight against COVID-19. Charity work is so important for all companies and we are proud of our accomplishment.
