‘Personal Medi Watch’
CALLS AND MESSAGES EMERGENCY CONTACTS (Simple & Advanced Mode)
If you require emergency help, you can easily press the side SOS button for 3 seconds until it vibrates or if a fall is detected it will automatically activate. The Personal Medical Watch will then call up to three (3) contacts that we program for you. If they dont answer in 15 seconds our voicemail avoidance firmware allows it to hang up and call the next contact. When the contacts answer, you can talk to them with 2 way voice communication, just like a mobile phone!
All three contacts can easily call into the watch like a phone, for quick contacting of your loved one. The watch then allows two way communication as if it’s a phone on loud speaker.
Advanced Mode will also alert the Mobile APP which the contacts can have on their phone.
EASY TO CANCEL FALSE ALARM (Simple & Advanced Mode)
If a false alarm is detected, simply press the cancel button to cancel.
TRACKING THE WATCH BY GPS (Simple & Advanced Mode)
The watch will track the users GPS location which can be viewed in an emergency. The GPS link will be sent to the emergency contacts via SMS, when clicked this will open onto their phones GPS (Google Maps, Apple Maps etc). The GPS can also be searched at anytime if the user needs to be located.
SET A GEO FENCE LOCATION (Advanced Mode Only, Requires Mobile APP)
Set up a safe area and if the user goes outside this area it will alert the contacts via the Mobile APP. Perfect for wanderers/ dementia. This is available on Advanced Mode with the APP for $499.
FALL DETECTION (Simple & Advanced Mode)
Fall detection is turned on when you receive your alarm, however it is optional and can be turned off or adjusted. Our office can help you do this for the life of the product.
In the event a fall is detected, the device will call the emergency contact just as it would if the SOS button was pressed. Sensitivity settings can be adjusted. If the fall detector does not register your fall, you should use the SOS button to quickly contact your emergency contacts.
EASY TO CHARGE
Simply put the Personal Medical Watch onto its magnet dock to start charging. If the watch was turned off before charging, then it will turn on after about a minute of placing it onto the dock.
LONG BATTERY LIFE of 2 – 7 days, depending on use and signal strength. A warning can be programmed to be sent to chosen contacts when the battery is too low. Areas with low signal will result in less battery as the watch works harder to maintain service in these conditions. Using the APPs, SOS, FALL etc will also use more battery. We highly recommend daily or bi-daily charging to ensure it is always topped up and also to create a habit.
2-WAY VOICE CALLING (Simple & Advanced Mode)
Just like a mobile phone, you can talk clearly with the contacts through the device. Volume can be increased or decreased.

SIMPLE MODE – EXCLUSIVE TO NHA Version – No mobile APP required! ($399)
National Health Australia has engineered the firmware of this watch to not require a mobile APP. This is a simple mode which calls and sends the GPS location in an emergency. When the SOS button is pressed or a FALL detected. GPS can be tracked anytime through SMS. Health functions are all done on the watch itself rather than the APP. This means you do not need to worry about downloading, learning or setting up any APPs. We program the watch for you, you can change the contacts however we offer life time support and remote program changes for free. GPS tracking sends you a SMS with a link which opens your phones GPS APP. (eg. Apple, Google, Android, Nokia etc). This is very user friendly.
ADVANCED MODE – Mobile APP Add on ($499)
This mode will also send alerts to the Mobile APP. You change contact numbers, fall sensitivity, set Geo Fence for wanderers and track through the APP. You can also check health information remotely. This mode has all the same features as Simple however includes the addition of the mobile APP for more in depth monitoring and control of the watch. This can be added on after purchasing.
